    unhappy - not happy

     suffix - less means "without______"

     friendless - without friends

     suffix - able means "able to be _____ed"

       believable - able to be believed

      some words can have both a prefix and a suffix: 

        unforgettable ~ not able to be forgotten

        unbelievable ~ not able to be believed
