 Today's lesson:  1. Week 2 Quiz, quiz papers are returned to the students.   2. Reviewed "declarative (statement / sentence) vs interrogative (question).  RWN p.66.  Homework:  1. Preview and copy Week 3 VW #1-12 X 3, definition x 1. (Students will make sentences on Monday after VW are reviewed.) 2. Sign and correct quiz paper.  3. Google classroom.

 Today's lesson  1. Reviewed and practiced Week 2 VW #1-24 definition, and VW on RWN p.65 gear / parka / splendid / twitch / yanked and willow  2. Reminder: "through" and "toward" are prepositions, they go with a verb as in :        1.I walk through   ( go through ) the forest. ✔          I through the forest.  ❎        2.She walks toward the museum. ✔          She toward the museum.  ❎ 2. Reviewed Worksheet 1  3. Reading Street story p.98-102.      Genre : Tall tale      Main character: Kumak      Setting: spring in Arctic  Homework:  1. Worksheet 2  2. Welcome back to school!  No English class today but students received their new textbooks (Reading Street and RWN).  They will get their communication books tomorrow.
