1. Reading Street story: Suki's Kimono p.198 - 211. 


  •   Irregular verbs in the story: feel/felt/felt, wear/wore/worn, bring/brought/brought, buy/bought/bought, choose/chose/chosen
  • hurry (v.) : She hurried to the bus station. 
  • hurry (n.): She was in a hurry to catch the bus.         
  • Ms (for female) vs Mrs (for married female, and it goes with the husband's family name)
2. Compare and contrast 
  •     to compare: you talk about things that similar / same. Keywords: like / same / both / also / as well as 
  •     to contrast: you talk about things that are different. Keywords: but, instead, however, rather, different 
3. Completed RWN p.317, 318,320, 323, 324 in class
