2. 2nd writing assignment introduction ~ a biography (story of the life of a famous person) 



students will first research on the internet about the famous person of their writing as Thursday homework. The list is as below:

1.          Queen Elizabeth II – She was the queen of the United Kingdom for over 70 years and met many world leaders.

2.          George Washington – He was the first president of the United States and helped the country become free.

3.          Albert Einstein – He was a smart scientist who created new ideas about space and time.

4.          Alexander Graham Bell – He invented the telephone and helped people with hearing problems.

5.          Michael Jordan – He is a basketball legend who played for the Chicago Bulls and won many championships.

6.          Lionel Messi – He is a world-famous soccer player known for scoring many goals.

7.          Steve Jobs – He helped create the iPhone and started the Apple company.

8.          Jensen Huang (黃仁勳) – He is a Taiwanese-American CEO who started the company NVIDIA, which makes powerful computer chips for games and AI.

9.          Ang Lee (李安) – He is a Taiwanese movie director who made famous films like Life of Pi and won many awards.
